The heart of the financial district is unbeatable! The friendly staff helped with early check-in and late check-out. Spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay. Though breakfast could use improvement, it was a solid experience overall. You’ll find excellent restaurants and shopping nearby—perfect for exploring the vibrant city.

Hotel decor requires a serious update!!! Alarmingly dirty towels and bathroom hygiene issues!!! The pool is disappointingly small, more like a hot tub than a proper swimming pool!!!

Staff were helpful in providing information for my city adventures. However, I noticed some dated decor throughout the hotel, which could use a refresh. The breakfast didn’t quite meet expectations. it needed better equipment for improved service. Also, the tiny elevators felt a bit claustrophobic during peak times, so I’d recommend the first or second floor for easier access.

the decor is sooo dated, it felt like I was staying in a museum. also, I woke up to a maid barging into my room while I was sleeping, how rude. and can we talk about the pathetic excuse for a pool? I expected a refreshing oasis, not a glorified hot tub. I almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.
